On a typical work day, you can catch me pitching marketing tactics to both new and existing clients. Behind the scenes, I’m simultaneously delegating projects to colleagues while managing budgets and proposals. I am the communications liaison between the client and internal teams to develop and deliver various marketing assets. Whether it be a website, app, print or digital ad, event signage, radio or TV spot, script development or social media; I’ve been a part of it.

If you’ve ever lived the “agency life,” you’ll know I’m genuine when I tell you that I’ve worn many hats. Initially hired as a communications manager, my role within Trilix has been very unique. My first three years were spent toggling between phones and email accounts, working as both a client’s brand manager for a new product launch, as well as an account manager within the agency. Acting as both project lead internally and promoting a product externally provided perspective of both the legwork of an agency but also, the expectation of a client. This year, I have transitioned my focus exclusively to account management for various clients, ranging from whiskey brands, agriculture, casinos, colleges and many more.

Developed and implemented yearly marketing plans while acting as an expert on clients’ business.

  • Responsible for managing agencies largest account, serving as the primary liaison between agency staff and client marketing teams.

  • Coordinated clients’ booths at trade show events by securing promotional giveaways, display materials and all other event content.

  • Managed all advertising efforts for clients including securing ad space and working with internal creative team.

  • Responsible for management of client and agency social media outlets.

Responsible for brainstorming marketing strategies for upcoming shows and events to maximize ticket sales.

  • Gathered press clips, delivered ad programs, updated social media and updated community calendars for upcoming shows.

  • Executed grassroots marketing, including delivering promotional materials to local businesses and reaching out to contacts via email and phone calls.

  • Assisted with the development and implementation of group sales events.

  • Day of event assistance including pre-event promotions.
